Your favorite show came on one night a week. If you weren’t home, you missed it.
INSTANT MESSAGING	The concept of a short text message was revolutionized by the invention of the Post-It Note. SMS, IM, and email didn’t exist. If you wanted to communicate “instantly” with someone, you had to actually talk to them.
